Our Services

• Telehealth consultations with licensed healthcare professionals

• Prescriptions, where clinically appropriate

• Prescription fulfilment via third-party pharmacies

Eligibility

• You must be 18+ and live in Australia

• You must provide accurate information

• You must consent to treatment after understanding risks and benefits

Your Responsibilities

• Attend scheduled consultations (or cancel in advance)

• Provide truthful health information

• Follow treatment plans if agreed with your practitioner

• Report side effects promptly

Payments & Refunds

• Consultations must be paid upfront

• Medication costs are separate

• Refunds:

  • Full refund if cancelled >48 hours before consult

  • 50% refund if cancelled <48 hours

  • No refund for no-shows

• If Medova cancels, you get a full refund or reschedule

Limitations

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
